Efficient portfolio construction uses a variety of asset classes to produce the optimal expected level of return for the appropriate amount of risk. Here we test and define the asset classes and portfolio allocations which are tailored to the needs of the plan sponsor. Within this framework we define the allocation constraints of each asset class.
