This service provides an independent assessment of the fees associated with the plans investment products and services by comparing your plan’s fees to it peers. ERISA requires that the fees being paid are reasonable. This benchmarking service places the plan sponsor and its consultant in a position to negotiate fees with the plan’s current providers, or to perform a competitive market search through an RFP process.
