This service involves a competitive market search by developing a customized request for proposal (RFP) questionnaire suited to your needs. At the beginning of the process, we work with the fiduciary committee to establish the priority of service provider capabilities and apply a weighting factor to each category. The RFP responses are then scored and reviewed by the committee to determine the finalists and further negotiations for the ultimate service provider selection.
